Matale Chocolate has a new bar to replace the Malekula from Vanuatu: the new bar uses rich, nutty cocoa from Venezuela.
They are also now offering 250g bags in the milk and dark blends. Milk blend is 52% PNG/Sri Lanka cocoa. Dark blend is 70% cocoa from PNG/Venezula/Uganda. 250g bags are targeted for home chefs or foodservice use.
